Grand Masti Night: An Evening of Music, Dance and Entertainment
Dear friends You are cordially invited to Grand Masti Night: An Evening of Music, Dance and Entertainment at The Civic Hall, Ellesemere Port, Cheshire, CH65 0AZ on Saturday , 11th of October at 7 pm (doors open at 6 pm)
The audience can look forward to popular songs from Indian cinema ranging from timeless classics to the latest chart toppers brought to life by the immense talent and stage presence of accomplished singers like Sunita Menon, Danny , Dr Vijay Aachi and Sonia etc.
The show is interspersed with dance performances from dancers Desi Nach and a DJ to end the event.
Sunita Menon is a versatile singer whose biggest strength is her ability to sing in over 13 languages and in various genres ranging to semi-classical and rock. As a recording artiste, she has sung in over 35 films and enthrals her stage audience with a symphony of popular Indian movie songs.
Sunita also won the Welsh Asian Women Achievement Award in Arts in 2013.
Dinesh Kochhar (Danny) is renowned for his effortless and perfect rendition of songs from the Kishore Kumar & Kumar Sanu era. He takes you down a trip through nostalgia lane and then seamlessly breaks into recent hit numbers. He is a veteran of many stage shows and performances.
Sonia Johnson is known for her melodious voice and is a great supporter of MHAT fundraising events.
Dr Vijay Aachi has performed in several shows and is known for Mukesh and Rafi Songs.
Desi Nach is a highly talented dance group specialising in authentic and high energy contemporary Indian dance performances, complete with colourful costumes. They have a growing fan following and have performed in many UK TV award functions, charity events and Bollywood shows.
Food stalls will be on site serving a delectable array of Asian food including Starters , Biriyani, LIVE Dosa etc at a discounted rate (main course for £3)
